King of Bread, Kim Tak Goo, one of the highest rated drama in 2010 with 50.8% at it’s peak. If you haven’t watched it, i would suggest you give it a try. You may end up like one of us who once started and can’t stop. You may wish to read more on this drama here. Directions can be found in my book page 92 / 93.
This drama location is a bit different from the rest that i’ve posted.
It display the actual drama filming set, teaches you how to make “Pal-Bong” bread as well as enjoying a musical show!
Although the bakery class is conducted in Korean, it is easy understood and friendly Korean staff will walk around the tables and teach you again.
Here’s the recap of the drama. Kim Tak Goo’s dad was making bread in his secret kitchen.

Now let’s begin our bakery Tour!!
Look at our uniform! I love the bakery hat making me looking pro!
Krstyal and Song… such a cute couple. ![]()
After changing into the uniform, we were assigned to a table and here’s our seats.
Ingredients were prepared before hand and each of us was going to make 2 breads….
A sweet little girl sitting next to me… i think she is only 3-4 years old.
And that’s rest of the class.
Staff walking around the hall guiding those who were lost in bread making …. As you can see, my team was bit unsure about the process.. haha
While we sent our bread for baking, the staff put up a Magical Bread Musical Show.
There was no dialogue in the show, just sound and body language. ![]()
Everyone of us enjoyed the show!!
